Job summary

Dollar General is seeking team members to act as the main point of contact for customers and to assist in stocking, merchandising, and store upkeep. You will help set up plan-o-grams, operate the cash register, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Role includes unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, assisting customers, and maintaining store cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons; stock in backroom or on sales floor.
• Build and maintain merchandise displays.
• Stock and rotate items on shelves; restock as needed.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register and bag merchandise; collect payment and make change.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners.
• Clean front end of store and assist with sidewalk displays.
