Amazing Lash Studio in Mandeville, LA is seeking full-time and part-time lash consultant studio sales associates. Join our leading lash studio, where sales, guest service, and growth opportunities are valued.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, punctual, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to greet guests and respond to questions professionally.
• MindBody POS experience is a plus.
• Flexible hours and potential commission based on performance.
• Salon/front desk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests
• Assists studio manager with retaining current memberships
• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customers questions and needs
• Answers phone calls, books appointments, and enthusiastically greets guests
• Assists in administrative tasks (including filing and data entry) of guests records and surveys
• Prepare guests records for services
• Participate in special events to promote studio
• Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby, studio and public areas (including restroom)
• Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
• Professional appearance
• Salon/front desk/MindBody POS system experience a plus
• Competitive compensation plan with potential to make $11 - $12 per hour plus commission based on performance
