Amazing Lash Studio in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team. You will promote memberships and retail products, handle phone and appointment duties, and engage guests with a high-energy, service-oriented attitude.

This role offers full- and part-time options, ongoing training, and incentives based on performance, including commissions and bonuses for results.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell memberships and retail products.
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and greet guests.
• Make outbound texts and emails to guests daily.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
• Open/close the studio if needed (key holder).
• Assist with lobby and studio cleanliness.

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits:

In this role you will:

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet guests
• Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily
• Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Maintain a Membership Sales Closing at 40%+ and work well with other Lash Consultants
• Maintain cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas

• A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
• Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
• Ability to responsibly open and close the studio; this is a key holder position!
• A professional appearance at all times
