Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Austin, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to drive membership sales and retail product upsell. You will answer calls, book appointments, greet guests, and support daily communications via text and email.

A key holder position may open/close the studio and maintain a welcoming environment. We offer competitive pay with performance incentives, flexible full/part-time options, and benefits like free lashes and discounts.

• Maintain Membership Sales Closing at 40%+ and collaborate with team
• Maintain cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio areas

In this role you will:

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet guests
• Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily
• Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Maintain a Membership Sales Closing at 40%+ and work well with other Lash Consultants
• Maintain cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas

• A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
