Qualifications

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role or specialization.
• Experience operating Inventory and POS systems and various retail software tools.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions or issues about products, features, and availability; offer recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from sales floor or stockroom.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow.
