Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist donors, and manage cashiering in a courteous, professional manner.

Pay is $19.13/hour for a Non-Exempt position in our Retail Operations department; no experience required and high school completion preferred. You will merchandise, restock, maintain a clean store, handle POS transactions, and contribute to team efforts while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalency preferred, but not required
• No experience required
• Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acknowledge, greet and help customers in the store
• Assist customers/donors in a timely and courteous manner
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions; balance POS transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance
• Restock merchandise and support floor maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to team goals
