Job summary

The Children’s Place in Silver Spring, Maryland is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will deliver friendly, efficient service and apply product knowledge to drive sales.

You will maintain store appearance, assist with stock and merchandising, process transactions at the cash wrap, and uphold Loss Prevention standards while providing a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a sense of urgency.
• Provide excellent service and communicate promotions.
• Operate cash wrap and educate about PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandise presentation.
• Follow Loss Prevention procedures and safety rules.
• Support store leadership and contribute to store goals.
