Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and track personal sales goals to improve selling skills.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations including shipments and upkeep.
• Present merchandise to promote sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandising needs and report issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Protect company assets and information and report potential fraud risk.
