Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, processing shipments, assisting with cashier duties when needed, and maintaining store operations and visual standards. This role supports management and provides brand expertise to customers.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom.

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Pro-actively meet customer needs using the UNIQLO service standard.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed.
• Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is on floor in full size runs.
• Assist management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow all company policies and notify management of infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
