Job summary

UNIQLO is opening a new location at The Galleria in Houston, TX and is seeking a Sales Associate (Full-time) to deliver exceptional customer service. As the frontline in-store specialist, you will listen to customer needs, present products, and close sales while maintaining brand standards and a positive shopping experience.

You will report to the Store Manager, work 32+ hours weekly on weekends, and participate in promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages accurately.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards (visual cleanliness).
• Assist customers with product information and fitting room needs.
• Operate cash register and process shipments to floor.
• Support management in identifying and resolving store issues.
