Job summary

The Children’s Place Greensboro, NC is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving goals. You will provide friendly, fast service and maintain product knowledge to drive sales.

You will greet customers, communicate promotions, manage stock, and assist with cashier duties while ensuring a clean, organized store and backroom. Weekend and evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with urgency and prioritize service.
• Greet customers and provide the appropriate level of service.
• Explain value and promotions, and offer solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented.
• Process transactions at the cash wrap and educate customers on PLACE Card benefits.
• Keep the stockroom neat, organized, and safe.
