• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and follow operational standards.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, and count change back to customer.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and upholds merchandising standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures and standards.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and loss prevention practices.
• Support and participate in labor and programs aimed at shrink reduction.
