Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Stand for long periods and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Move around sales floor and stockroom with bending, twisting, squatting.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Assist customers using UNIQLO service standards and six phrases.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed.
• Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run.
• Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management of infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
