Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to perform IBM cash register functions.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons; store or stock on sales floor.
• Build and stock merchandise displays; rotate and face items on shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise and help maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and greet customers.
• Operate cash register; total purchases and bag merchandise; collect payment.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using hand-held scanners as needed.
• Help set up sidewalk displays and maintain front-end area.
