Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to shoppers, assist them on entry and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Follow all company policies and manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per product knowledge.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations problems to store management.
• Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect the company's assets and financial information by ensuring internal controls and reporting fraud risks.
