Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual and assist customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track performance.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards per manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, cleanup, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per the knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations issues to management.
• Attend all staff meetings and training sessions.
• Protect company assets and information by following internal controls.
