The Store Sales Associate provides excellent customer service, supports store sales, maintains merchandise presentation, processes transactions, and contributes to a clean, organized, and profitable store environment.

When assigned to a Lead Shift, the associate also supports the Manager by helping coordinate shift activity and guiding team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years in retail, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Lead Shift experience (opening/closing, task coordination) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer questions about products, promotions, discounts, and offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products.
• Upsell and stay aware of new products and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Organize merchandise on shelves and restock as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe sales floor and checkout area.
• Handle transactions accurately using the cash register.
• Perform store administrative tasks as directed.
• Follow loss prevention policies and report issues.
