What you'll be doing day to day
Optimize the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to increase sales. Build relationships with customers to provide support both in-store and remotely. Act as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services to inspire and inform customers. Listen to, identify, anticipate, and respond to customer needs. Maximize sales while maintaining profitability by guiding customers towards top-selling and prioritized products. Analyze and adjust sales space capacities based on sales data to ensure high stock availability. Support the implementation and maintenance of planned and promotional activities related to your product range.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector. Familiarity with basic design principles and modular furniture planning.
