Job summary

IKEA Ab in Renton, WA seeks a retail sales associate to help customers choose the best home furnishing solutions and keep the sales floor inviting.

You'll guide customers to top products, assemble displays, and ensure everything is properly stocked. Benefits include generous paid time off, earned wage access, parental leave, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance

The pay range for this role is $22.00-$28.65/hour
