Job summary

IKEA is hiring a Retail Sales Associate - Warehouse (34-40 Hours/week) to join our team in a bustling store environment in Baltimore. You will assist customers with home furnishing solutions and keep the floor organized and fully stocked to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will act as a product expert, guiding customers to top products and assembling displays for new arrivals, contributing to both sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers and providing advice on the best solutions for their homes.
• Keeping your sales floor tidy, priced and fully stocked to give customers a positive shopping experience.
• Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of home furnishing solutions, products and services to inspire and inform customers.

What you'll be doing day to day

The pay range for this role is $17.58 to $24.83
