IKEA in Draper, UT is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to support customers with home furnishing solutions, guide product selection, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Expect to work 12–20 hours per week with evenings and weekends required. Compensation ranges from $17.58 to $24.83 per hour, plus benefits for regular co-workers. A posted closing date is around 10/18/26.

What you'll be doing day to day

• Assisting customers and providing advice on the best solutions for their homes.
• Keeping your sales floor tidy, priced and fully stocked to give customers a positive shopping experience.
• Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of home furnishing solutions, products and services to inspire and inform customers.
• Guiding customers toward top-selling and prioritized products.
• Assembling display products for the introduction of new products.

JOB TYPE – Permanent

SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance

The pay range for this role is $17.58-$24.83/hour
