The UPS Store is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to support customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and mailbox services across multiple Long Island and NYC locations.

You will greet customers, provide accurate information, prepare shipments, operate store systems, and keep the store clean and organized while delivering excellent service. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, MS Office).
• Attention to detail with accurate spelling and math.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends.
