FirstCash, Inc. is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Tyler, TX who enjoys helping customers and driving sales. You’ll earn $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus commission, with earned wage access and employee discounts available.

This role involves greeting shoppers, processing sales and loan transactions, and delivering a friendly store experience. Qualifications: 18+ with HS diploma, ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, flexible weekends, and comfort with a variety of merchandise

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise, including firearms at FFL locations (certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
