FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Texas. Earn $12.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission.

You’ll greet customers, assist with sales and pawn/loan services, and keep the sales floor welcoming and well-organized. Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
