Verizon is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our store teams. You will drive retail sales, engage customers with cutting-edge technology, and deliver complete and top-down solutions. You’ll learn, grow, and earn with base pay plus commissions as you hit sales goals, and you’ll experience a comprehensive benefits package from day one.

This role is onsite at an assigned location. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required, with a schedule set four weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to grow Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop through ongoing training and upsell across merchandising and inventory.
• Possibility to reach more customers via outbound calls and messages to Verizon customers.
