Job Description

North 40 Outfitters in Spokane, WA, Trent Location, is looking to hire a Full-Time Clothing Associate. We believe each team member plays a vital role in our success. We seek authentic, enthusiastic individuals who love our lifestyle and prioritize service. As a Clothing Associate, you will enhance the customer experience through outstanding service, sales generation, product suggestions, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized department while safeguarding company assets.

This full-time role requires availability during all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm and Sun 9 am to 5 pm. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is necessary based on business needs.

• Understanding of proper lifting techniques and physical ability to lift and carry weights ranging from 0-55 lbs., including team lifting for heavier loads. Must be able to stand for extended periods, including use of ladders and equipment.
