Job Description

North 40 Outfitters in Spokane, WA, West Location, is looking to hire a Full-Time Clothing & Footwear Lead. We believe every team member plays a vital role in our success. We seek authentic, enthusiastic individuals who love our lifestyle and prioritize service. As a Clothing & Footwear Lead, you will enhance the customer experience by providing outstanding service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining organization, leading a team, and safeguarding assets.

This position requires flexibility to work scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sun 9 am to 5 pm, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
