Position Overview

Mobile Associates (MAs) work as part of a retail team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are the priority. MAs build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and educating them about device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert after training.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Demonstrate the latest technology and explore customer needs.
  • Provide personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with questions and expertise.
  • Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services.
  • Complete training on systems, processes, and product knowledge.
  • Build relationships across channels, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.
