Job Description:

The role involves delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store areas as needed.

• Model excellent customer service practices with both internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash transactions following established procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support store shrink reduction initiatives
• Maintain a safe environment and participate in safety programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
