Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. Our MAs thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, where you will develop skills and expertise with your team in preparation for a promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role

1. Provide excellent customer service, helping customers continue their shopping journey online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
2. Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store.
3. Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
4. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and sharing your expertise.
5. Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
6. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
7. Complete training on store experience, systems, and resources.
8. Build relationships and partner with employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
