Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a retail team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. Our MAs thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs come first. They build meaningful connections by understanding customer needs and educating them on device and service solutions. This is a learning role, with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role
  • Learn and develop proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class experience and building loyalty by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store.
  • Engage in side-by-side selling to offer personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert advice.

Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient with digital tools to demonstrate:

  • Coverage in customers' neighborhoods with fast LTE networks.
  • Plans and services that keep customers connected and satisfied.
  • Device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.

Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources. Build relationships with team members across channels to:

  • Own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
  • Identify and refer small business leads.
  • Develop strong peer relationships and contribute to the company's success.
  • Enjoy a positive work environment while delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will bring

  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
