Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide engaging guest experiences in an interactive, vibrant store environment. We seek energetic, enthusiastic individuals for part-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting visitors, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, friendly, and engaging manner at all times (80%).
  2. Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment by performing daily cleaning, managing store displays, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
  3. Assist in stockroom operations, including receiving merchandise, maintaining stockroom standards, following safety regulations, and reporting shortages (10%).

The hourly wage ranges from $17.87 to $18.87, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and other factors. Compensation details will be provided upon offer finalization.

Work Environment

Primary workplace location will be assigned, with an average of 3 days per week in the office, based on a hybrid work policy. Details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
