Sales Associate (Brick Specialist)

Are you excited to deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO fans of all ages? Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide engaging guest experiences in a vibrant store environment. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic individuals for part-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting visitors, managing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, friendly, and engaging manner (80%)
  2. Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment by performing daily cleaning, managing store displays, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
  3. Operate the store stockroom safely and efficiently, assist with receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, follow safety regulations, and report shortages (10%)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Effective communication with team members and guests
  • Ability to process transactions via the register system
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including nights and weekends
  • Access to all store areas including sales floor, stockroom, register, and loading dock
  • Physical ability to move, stand, reach, and lift at least 30 lbs, with frequent movement and standing for extended periods
  • Availability to work up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling

Work Environment

Primary work locations include stores, offices, or factories, with an average of 3 days per week in the office under our hybrid work policy. Role eligibility and policies will be discussed during recruitment.
