2. Deliver exceptional retail experiences with every customer interaction.
3. Provide genuine connections by engaging customers with personalized service and sharing the Carhartt story.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product display, sorting, folding, and restocking.
5. Contribute positively to team dynamics and bring your best to work daily.
