Job summary

EILEEN FISHER is seeking Sales Associates who bring positive energy to help customers live our values in a fast-paced retail setting. You will promote our philosophy, support our mission, and use new technology to serve shoppers across distribution channels.

Responsibilities include merchandising, steaming, folding, displaying products to EF standards, light cleaning, opening and closing duties, and contributing to a welcoming, well-organized store that reflects our sustainable approach.

Qualifications

• Work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional customer service on the selling floor.
• Use new technology and distribution channels to service customers.
• Merchandising duties including steaming, folding, and displaying product.
• Light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean, organized space.
• Open and close out procedures as needed.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Promote EF philosophy, values and our purpose and strategic objectives.

• Use new technology and embrace all avenues of distribution as tools to service our customer.
• Perform merchandising duties including steaming, folding, and displaying product according to EF visual standards.
• Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and well-organized space (i.e., vacuuming, dusting, floor sweeping, etc.).
• Perform open and close out procedures as needed.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
