Job summary

United Pacific seeks a Sales Associate to support store operations, handle cash, stock, and customer interactions. You will learn to operate POS and computer systems, while adhering to safety and security standards. The role reports to the Store Manager and follows United Pacific policies.

The position requires 18+ years old, ability to work irregular shifts, and physical capacity to stand/walk 8 hours and lift 20 lbs. Full-time benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Must provide proof of US work authorization if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 pounds overhead for up to 30 minutes.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store/retrieve materials or signage.
• Most work indoors; some outdoor periods possible.
• Capable of working in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and maintaining security of currency and inventory.
• Operate cash register and computer console.
• Assist in store operations to ensure safety, customer focus, and profitability.
• Report to Store Manager with direct supervision under company policies.
