Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, Mississippi, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and create a warm shopping experience. You will engage guests, drive sales, and maintain a clean, stocked environment while following POS and cash handling procedures.

• Own the guest's experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.

THE JOB:

As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary role is to deliver exceptional guest service while creating a warm, inviting, and elevated shopping experience. THE STARTING RATE: $13.00 per hour (plus 3% commission)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years old or older.
