About the Role

In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in our products and use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit the customer. Your responsibilities include providing information on current merchandise, store promotions, and events, as well as executing operational processes effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to bring our brand to life for our customers, build brand loyalty, and deliver productivity.

What You'll Do
  1. Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and leverage these behaviors with every customer to provide a premium experience.
  2. Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently; answer questions quickly and accurately.
  3. Offer style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.
  4. Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  5. Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  6. Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as required.
  7. Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests.
  8. Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.

  • Good communicator capable of utilizing technology effectively and engaging with customers and team members to meet goals.
  • Problem solver focused on continuous improvement, always learning, open to feedback, and proactive in taking action.
  • Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
