Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Sales Associate will help facilitate daily front-end retail operations of the West Chester, PA storefront. Working alongside theStore Manager, this position offers not only immersive and experiential learning, but growthas well. While not mandatory, this is a great position for someone with a background infood serviceseeking increased benefits and an abbreviated schedule.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Sales Associateis a brand ambassador and leader in assisting the Store Manager to deliver enriching experiences for our consumers.

• Delivering outstanding customer service and experiences
• Executing on all selling activities including merchandising, promotions, food safety and protocol execution
• Achieving store sales goals and driving sales through targeted and measured activities.
• Responsible for participating in the in-store production of various chocolate products as well as maintaining a safe food handling environment

Qualifications

• A passion for food, chocolate, and the culinary industry
• Flexibility in work schedule is required including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
• Experience working within a food environment is desired
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment with increasing levels of responsibility preferred
