Overview: Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience through their eagerness to help, product knowledge, high standards, and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention policies, and confidentiality protocols.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support team efforts across the store.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
