Retail Store Manager – McGrath Powersports

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

McGrath Powersports is hiring a full-time Retail Store Manager to lead our high-performing retail team! If you're passionate about sales, customer experience, and building a winning culture, this is your chance to make your mark at one of the Midwest’s fastest-growing powersports dealerships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and inspire a team in a dynamic, high-traffic retail setting
• Own the entire sales process for apparel, riding gear, parts & accessories
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and team performance metrics
• Develop creative displays and use data to drive sales
• Collaborate across departments for a seamless customer experience
• Take full ownership of department success and profitability

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of retail and team leadership experience required
• Goal-driven and excited by uncapped earnings
• Passionate about customer service and team development
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and communication
• Charismatic, coachable, and motivated to build a business

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Work is performed in a retail and dealership showroom setting
• Constantly communicate with customers and team members
• Frequently stand, walk, and move around the showroom
• Occasionally lift and adjust objects up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to assess product displays and maintain store appearance
