Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking energetic store teammates in Sioux Falls to deliver an exceptional shopping experience by understanding customer needs and providing knowledgeable service.

You will uphold merchandising standards, promote loyalty programs, and work as part of a diverse team while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

This role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and a proactive, hands-on approach to supporting the store and customers throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
