Overview

1. Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
2. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
3. Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
4. Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality of company information.
5. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
6. Support the team across the store as needed.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 15-35 lbs. repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking, including at heights using ladders or platforms.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Targeted Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50, with actual pay depending on location, experience, and position.
