Role Description

Mobile Associates (MAs) work as part of a retail team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer needs, building relationships, and educating customers on device and service solutions. This role is also a learning position, preparing for a promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service, helping customers continue their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
2. Demonstrate the latest technology and explore customer needs with hands-on demos.
3. Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
4. Guide customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expert advice.
5. Use digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
6. Complete training on systems, processes, and in-store experience.
7. Collaborate with team members and partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
