Job summary

Danner in Portland, OR is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver legendary customer service in a fast-paced store. You will interact with customers, operate the register, build displays, and stock shelves while hitting personal and team sales goals.

Candidates should have 1+ year retail experience, strong communication, and a genuine passion for footwear. You will learn product knowledge to act as an expert and represent the Danner brand with pride, while contributing to a positive work

• 1+ years retail sales experience in a customer service-focused environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Basic MS Excel & Outlook experience.
• Brand knowledge of Danner is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensures that stock is replenished and displays are neat and rotated to encourage sales.
• Assists with backroom projects and assignments as requested.
• Track and achieving expected KPI metrics at individual and store level.
• Ensures all workspaces are clean and tidy.
• Perform opening and closing duties as requested.
• Performs other duties, as assigned by Manager.

Desired Education and Experience

Work Environment

100% work is spent in a retail store setting.

This position reports directly to the Retail Store Manager
