Danner store in Portland, OR is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver legendary customer service and drive personal and team sales. You will greet customers, offer expert product knowledge, and keep displays stocked and engaging in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

This role emphasizes learning product lines, achieving KPI targets, and collaborating with the team to maintain a welcoming shopping experience.

Desired Education and Experience

• 1+ years retail sales experience in a strong customer service environment preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with POS
• Basic MS Excel & Outlook experience
• Experience fitting footwear a plus
• Brand knowledge of Danner a plus

Work Environment

100% work is spent in a retail store setting.

This position reports directly to the Retail Store Manager
