Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Mobile, AL seeks a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and maintain a friendly, professional storefront.

You'll earn $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with benefits including earned wage access, employee discounts, and a path to 401(k) after onboarding. Flexible hours and opportunities to grow are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What We're Looking For

Commission Information
