Cash America Pawn is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly, customer-focused service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will handle sales, loans, and product inquiries, explain terms, and ensure a smooth customer experience while meeting company policies and state regulations. A strong team attitude and reliable work ethic are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to assist customers and explain loan services.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$12.00 - 15.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We're looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
