Compensation: $14.00 to $17.00 per hour

We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process! Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.67 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Position Summary

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working with jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. Compensation includes hourly wage plus commission based on productivity.

• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Willingness to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, and climbing.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills; cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system operation skills.

Commission Plan

Pawnbrokers can earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, with details provided during the interview. The maximum base pay rate depends on experience and skills.
