FirstCash, Inc. in New Orleans is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate who thrives on helping customers and explaining loan and pawn services. Earn $10.00–$13.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with flexible retail hours when stores are open 9AM–6PM.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, maintain clean displays, handle cash, and complete required training. Benefit options include earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts from day one, medical/dental/vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with retail checkout systems.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
